On thursday, October10th, 2024, the Edo State First Lady, Dr. (Mrs.) Betsy Obaseki presented an award to the top three Local Government Areas (LGAs) for their outstanding performance in the Human Papiloma Virus Vaccination (HPVV) Campaign. The award ceremony took place at the Festival Hall Government House, Benin City.
Oredo LGA took the 1st place and received a cash prize of 300, 000 Naira. Esan North East LGA came in 2nd place, receiving 200,000 Naira, while Etsako Central LGA took 3rd place witha prize of 100, 000 Naira.
