Edo State emerged second runner up, south-south zone winning N185 million, three hundred and sixty-eight thousand naira only in the Primary Health Care Challenge 2023 organized by the Nigerian Governors Forum, The National Primary Health Care Development Agency, UNICEF with the support of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Aliko Dangote Foundation.

 

An initiative of the Federal Government that involves the integration of all Primary Health Care services under one single authority (one Management, One Plan, and One Monitoring & Evaluation) to reduce fragmentation in the delivery of primary healthcare services.
